Herb Mixes

 
 

At The Herb Patch, we produce 4 different dry herb mixes, which are ideal for mixing with yogurt, crème fraiche, or mayonnaise to make a tasty herb dip to serve with breadsticks or crudités (see jar for instructions) but they also have many other uses as shown:-

Hot & Spicy 

  • Fire up your mince dishes.
  • Rub on steak or chicken before grilling
  • Mix with oil to make a marinade for meat or poultry.
  • Approximate Jar contents 45g.

 

Lemon & Dill

  • Add to white sauce to make a delicate sauce for trout or salmon.
  • Mix with oil to make a marinade for fish or poultry.
  • Sprinkle on to chicken before roasting.
  • Approximate Jar contents 35g.

 

Chive & Onion

  • Add to cream cheese to make filling for sandwiches or baked potatoes.
  • Add to bread mix to make a savoury loaf.
  • Add to cheese scones for an interesting variation.
  • Approximate Jar contents 40g.

 

Garlic & Herb

  • Add to bolognese dishes or casseroles.
  • Mix with butter for quick garlic butter.
  • Throw in with bread mix for a bit of variety.
  • Mix with oil to make a marinade.
  • Approximate Jar contents 30g.
